under tectyl offer

i would like to sandblast all my bottom baywindow doka, and treat all of it with tectyl or so. some rust small points needs to be treated.
is there a top company who could do it for very very cheap price around sogn og fjordane? i could go for a long week end to bergen if somebody knows a top guy there. it could be a private person if you have all equipment. as long as it is done properly....
