Mange varianter her. De fleste campingutstyrsleverandører har slikt. Eks flere i tyskland og england. Min plan er å kopiere noe fra denne karen:

Below are shipping rates via UPS in US dollars. About 3 days transit time.
Rear hatch Ladder $340
Swing out tire carrier $398
FedEx, purolater and DHL are usually about the same or more.
Mail may be a little less, but will take 1 - 2 months.
The other way to ship is to contract a freight forwarder. My experience is that it is less expensive than UPS. Typically about 15 to 30% less.
It's difficult to get a quote from a freight forwarder because they require exact dimensions and weights.
At the moment I'm shipping a pair of roof racks to the UK, cost is $220 US dollars.
I shipped a rear ladder to Germany a couple months ago for $180 if I recall correctly. It appears like Norway is more expensive than central Europe.
I know I'm not really answering your shipping question very well. The UPS quotes above can be considered a ''worse case scenario", there may be a less expensive way.
If you know what items you would be interested in I may be able to get a quote.
